Almost always start with off-the-shelf. We help you decide and customize where it matters. Full custom only when your workflow is the product.
How long does an ERP rollout take?
Small businesses: 6–10 weeks. Mid-market: 4–8 months. We sequence by department to avoid big-bang launches.
Can you migrate data from our old system?
Yes — we've migrated from spreadsheets, QuickBooks, legacy SAP, and homegrown databases. Migration is always a separate, scoped phase.
What happens if we outgrow the system?
Most systems we deploy scale to mid-market. When you outgrow, we plan a 12-month phased migration, not a cutover.
