The challenge

Traditional KYB happened pre-deal, in a separate dashboard, and went stale within months. Verify needed to embed sanctions, court, and registry checks at the exact moment of signing — inside DocuSign, Ironclad, PandaDoc, Adobe Sign, and SkySlope — and expose every decision as a machine-readable record that AI agents and autonomous workflows could consume via MCP and REST.
